Cancellation policy for all appointments is 24 hours. If you want to cancel your appointment you can call us, leave a voicemail or text us. With less than 24 hours notice or no-show, 50% of service price will be automatically added to your next appointment.

If you are late for your appointment more than 10 minutes we will have to reschedule your appointment. Please, respect our time, as we do yours.
